If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may purchase a return label, to return the unused item(s), for a refund or store credit within 30 days after the order has been placed.
We offer complimentary returns on all eligible items. Prepaid return labels for returns are provided for the following: Australia and New Zealand. All other countries must pay for all return costs.
Australia: to set up a return head HERE
New Zealand: to set up a return, simply ship back the selected items with the pre-paid return label provided in your original order
Please ship the items you want to return to the following address AND send an email to our customer service department including: ORDER ID, RETRUN TRACKING #, ITEMS BEING RETURNED and WHY

Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed once delivered to our returns center. We suggest keeping your tracking number so you know when we have received the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item(s).
- Items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable!
- Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
- Within 14 days of setting up your return, please drop off the package to the nearest carrier or schedule a pickup, as after 14 days the return label will expire (for countries provided pre-paid return labels).
- Once the package has been processed, you will receive an email notification containing the refund receipt or store credit code.
- For all other countries, other than Australia and New Zealand, all return shipping costs and related fees are to be covered by the customer.
