Returns
All marked sale items at 50% off or more are final sale.
If you are unsatisfied with a regular priced item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for a refund or store credit within 45 days after the order has been placed, though our return portal.
We offer free returns on all items, except those marked at 50% off or more, within 45 days from placing the order. Prepaid return labels for returns are not provided for the following: International orders, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and any non-domestic US territories.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed once our fulfillment center receives them. We suggest keeping your tracking number so you know when we receive the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
- Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
- Within 15 days, drop off the package to the nearest carrier or schedule a pickup.
- Once the package has been processed, we will send you an email notification containing the refund receipt or store credit code.
